Decent app for having kids practice letters and numbers, but once each letter is written it could give some feedback. Or as mentioned before, tiny arrows showing which way to write the letter would suffice as well.

My four y/o loves this app and it is really helping him with his letters. Simple to use. Even he can navigate the app on his own.
after much "buy and try" of other similar apps, this one is the one most likely to help the young ones begin writing. I like the "no-nonsense" approach and absence of distractions, which fit in with a plan of elementary recitation and practice. good job, guys!
Good app for review of letter formation. Wish certain letter were not curved. What kid curves his lowercase Ts at the bottom? Regardless, my daughters likes it.
Our 3 year old wants to use this all the time and hes learning his letters and numbers and how to write them so well. The only suggestion for improving the app is I would like to have the app show how to correctly form the letters/numbers.
I wish that when you are finished tracing the letter the app would recognize and repeat letter to reinforce the letter
I love it!!!!!!!!! Im so glad this will teach my son how to write now. Which was the next thing he needs to learn.he knows his colors shapes numbers to 15
I use this app with my child who has CP and low vision. We love it. It has large letters and no nonsense to distract. Some improvements are to have the option to hear the letter sound instead of the name. Make the arrows an option since kids with special needs dont always write letters in the same way most do. The ability to choose color of letter and background and a slideshow option would really put this app on my top 5 goto apps for learning with my son.
Good app for fun and learning. It would be great if it offered any guidance or arrows. I would buy the updated version.
My 3 yr old loves it!!!
My 4yo loves this app!! A couple of suggestions, though: like other reviewers said, it needs arrows for tracing, and simpler versions of some letters. (t and y shouldnt be curved at the bottom). Also, it would be nice if the flashcard mode allowed a child to tap the letter to hear the name of it. So they could look at the letter, guess in their own, then find out if they were correct by tapping to hear it. Oh - and my little girl wants a pink paintbrush color!! ;-)
My two year old loves this!!!
My 3 year old daughter is just learning to write and spell. This app is really helping her with both. She is able to trace on the phone and then write on paper. One cool feature would be the ability to string letters together, such as a name, to practice writing and sounding out short words, letter by letter. In anycase, thanks for making something truly useful an functional and for keeping it reasonably priced!
I wish it reinforced the sound, not just letter name.
This a great teaching tool. Thank you
The letter practice provides a great first look at writing letters. My only gripe is that there is no direction given as to how to form letters correctly. My niece writes nicely for no kindergarten but her form is all wrong and that counts in school because you cant learn cursive without proper print basics. Please add directional arrows and let me know when you do!
If you have a iPad mini dont buy this app. It does NOT work.
